We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented full time Marketing Specialist to join our team, focusing on the marketing strategies for our MVA and WC services. This role requires extensive travel, with approximately 90% of the time spent on the road. The primary coverage area will be Bergen County, with the flexibility to extend to the surrounding counties, including Passaic and Essex.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

The Marketing Specialist role will involve developing and implementing marketing initiatives that increase awareness and utilization of our imaging services within the MVA and WC sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving growth through effective marketing strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote ImageCare Radiology’s MVA and WC services.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify target audiences and develop strategies to reach them effectively.

Create and manage digital marketing content, including social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth in MVA and WC services.

Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians, insurance agents, and legal professionals.

Organize and participate in community outreach events and workshops to promote our services and educate potential clients.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.

Assist in the development of promotional materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in radiology or related services.
Strong understanding of MVA and WC processes, including the legal and insurance aspects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
