Work You Will Do
- Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals
- Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related, but not limited, to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations and Software Application Development & Maintenance
- Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy
- Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope

Qualifications
Required:
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with stakeholders, team members, and end-users.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to understand and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Documentation: Proficient in creating detailed and clear documentation, including BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Agile Knowledge: Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and the ability to apply them effectively in a project environment.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve business and technical issues, and propose effective solutions.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
- Tools Proficiency: Proficient in using business analysis and Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and other relevant software.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation and requirements.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
- Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
