Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Fundraiser / Capital Raiser to join our team on a commission-based basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in raising capital for early-stage startups, specifically within the health, wellness, or technology sectors. You will play a key role in driving funding efforts for Xenios as we gear up for rapid expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential investors, VCs, angels, and other funding sources.
- Present and pitch the Xenios business model, growth strategy, and investment potential effectively.
- Develop and execute strategic fundraising plans to meet capital goals.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations with potential investors.
- Collaborate with the founding team to refine pitch materials, financial models, and funding strategies.
- Ensure transparency and effective communication throughout the fundraising process.
- Work on a commission/success fee basis, earning 1-5% based on the capital raised.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in fundraising, with successful capital raises in the health, wellness, or tech sectors.
- Strong network of investors, venture capital firms, and other funding sources.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to meet fundraising targets.
- Familiarity with investment structures, term sheets, and venture capital processes.
- Ability to adapt and pivot quickly based on feedback from investors and stakeholders.
