Job Summary
As a Manager at Gameday Men's Health, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful operation of our clinics, meeting the expectations of our patients, and contributing to the growth of the brand. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in endocrinology and testosterone replacement therapy.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop, lead, and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive brand growth by establishing strong community outreach and referral networks, while building lasting relationships with local businesses to generate a consistent flow of new referral opportunities for the clinics to promote our services.
- A true people leader that is able to hire, train, mentor, and coach employees to deliver and grow in a high expectation environment.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective individual and team working relationships with Gameday Franchisor, practice employees, patients, and prospects.
- Appear regularly in the community at events and business to drive awareness, promote our services, educate potential referral partners, and drive new business opportunities for GameDay.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality services, foster a positive employee and clinic culture, achieve outstanding results, and elevate the overall clinic experience.
- Ability to establish clear, concise, and measurable goals for teams and individuals and hold them accountable to meet or exceed those goals consistently.
- Fully understand the mechanics of the lab, including equipment usage and protocols, while ensuring the clinic adheres to all regulatory requirements to maintain compliance and certification.
- Owns the P&L of the clinic(s), driving revenue growth through net new patients, controlling costs, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Collaborates with the owner in overall planning, budgeting, and financial reporting to achieve profitability goals.
- Manage/oversee payroll, generate practice schedules, and front office administration functions.
- Evaluate and enhance employee productivity, implementing improvements as needed.
- Oversee customer support, equipment maintenance, inventory management.
- Manage and oversee relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring all contracts are properly executed and maintained.
- Ensure compliance with medical guidelines, ethics, and laws (Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines).
- Assist in identifying and securing prime real estate locations for clinic expansion, ensuring alignment with business growth strategies.

Competencies, Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- Demonstrated history of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent computer skills in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and preferably experience with Go High Level, Lobbie, Slack, MX Merchant, MedTrainer, and other software systems.
- Proficient with EHR systems preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bi-lingual is a plus.
- Time management skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and principles.
- Understanding of business management, finance, accounting, and human resources.
- Three years of experience in a similar clinical setting (TRT clinic, MedSpa, Endocrinology/Urology office) is preferred.
Education
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Bachelor's or master’s in health administration, accounting, health information management, management, finance, or equivalent.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
