QUALIFICATIONS

Prior Automotive Management experience, valid driver's license with a clean driving record, customer service skills, automotive dealership experience, and preferably bilingual in Spanish. Prior sales experience and Automotive General Sales Manager experience are preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement sales strategies, lead and mentor the sales team, monitor sales metrics, build client relationships, conduct training, collaborate with marketing, prepare sales reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Casa Ford Lincoln is currently seeking an Automotive General Sales Manager to join our Auto Dealership. Prior Automotive Management experience is required. Benefits:

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service skills required
  • Automotive Management experience required
  • Auto Dealership experience required
  • Valid Driver's License & clean driving record required
  • Prior Sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Automotive General Sales Manager (GSM) experience preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is knowledgeable about products and services.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions for upper management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $99,000.00 per year
