About the role:
The Product/Brand Marketing, Director oversees the lifecycle of a product or product line, from gathering user requirements to developing enhancements and strategies to maximize product appeal. You will contribute to Takeda's mission by ensuring that products meet market needs and achieve business objectives.
You will report to The Global Commercial Lead
How you will contribute:
- Lead the IgAN indication of our promising pipeline CD-38 program in development in multiple indications
- Maximize the value of the asset in IgAN by shaping the development of the global commercialization strategy
- Lead a fully integrated cross-functional team and work in close partnership with regions and key countries to develop the optimized cross-functional global launch plan

- Gather user requirements and design products or develop enhancements Develop product packaging, samples, and prototypes
- Research and develop strategies to maximize product/brand appeal to target customers
- Monitor product performance and direct product and/or marketing adjustments
- Lead channel marketing activities, including trade, channel, and category management
- Oversee digital/internet marketing activities, including e-commerce, SEO, social media marketing, and web content curation
- Lead direct marketing activities via telephone, email, digital, and/or mobile communications
- Manage technical marketing activities, including those required for medical and high-tech products
- Lead project teams to achieve milestones and objectives
- University degree in marketing/business or life sciences; advanced degree 8 or more years of experience; specific experience in therapeutic area or rare disease is a plus

Boston, MAU.S. Base Salary Range:
169,400.00 - 266,200.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives.
