Seeking a Global B2B Content Marketing Specialist to enhance product awareness and customer engagement through strategic content marketing initiatives for PharmBIO.
About the Role: We are looking for a Global B2B Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive content marketing strategies that align with PharmBIO’s business-to-business (B2B) marketing objectives to boost awareness for our products portfolio, drive customer engagement, and support sales objectives across regions. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B content marketing, social media platforms, and the ability to create compelling content tailored to the professional audience. The Global B2B Content Marketing Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support lead generation, build key relationships, and establish the organization as an industry thought leader. This role is both hands-on (execution) and strategic in nature.
This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States with a preference of being located in the Eastern time zone.
Responsibilities:
- Work with regional sales teams, product specialists, key stakeholders, agencies and partners to conceptualize, recommend, develop and implement content marketing strategies to generate demand, influence purchase decisions, and increase awareness for our products/brands
- Develop tactical content marketing plans and drive them to completion; tactical areas include advertising, public relations, channel marketing, website content, promotions, and trade events
- Create or adapt multi-format content for various channels (including digital platforms, social media, website, email marketing, and print materials) to enhance customer awareness, engagement, and preference, drawing on a strong understanding of value propositions, applications and competitive landscape provided by the commercial, marketing and business teams
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, external agencies, vendors, and partners to manage and execute a multitude of projects within budgetary constraints
- Ensure that all content marketing complies with brand/trademark guidelines, as well as enhances/protects Gore’s brand and reputation
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing/Advertising, or equivalent marketing experience
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in business-to-business content marketing with technical products and global experience
- Proven experience developing content for different areas including e-marketing, advertising, public relations, online and off-line direct response, collateral, video, audio, trade shows and events
- Working knowledge of graphic and media files, online marketing, video and print production
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to conceptualize, articulate, and present ideas to internal teams and external vendors; effectively brief and manage agency partners or contractors; and define metrics to track and evaluate the performance of content marketing initiatives
- Proven skill at developing and activating content marketing strategies, tactical projects/programs, and promotional plans
- Success providing situational and subject leadership, preferably across multiple locations
- Proven ability to exercise good judgment under pressure, thrive in collaborative, self-managed team environments, and successfully drive multiple projects to completion with a focus on quality, speed, and attention to detail
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and a solid working knowledge of standard Microsoft applications
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%, including international

Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed.
