About the Role
As the Global Marketing Director, you will lead our marketing efforts, focusing on brand alignment, inbound lead generation, product marketing, and strategic alignment with business objectives. This role combines team leadership, marketing operations, and demand generation to support sales initiatives. Collaborating with stakeholders, you’ll drive an innovative, data-driven, and customer-focused marketing strategy that delivers measurable results.
What you will do
Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse team of marketing professionals by fostering growth, removing obstacles, and driving project success. Develop and execute a global marketing strategy that aligns seamlessly with company objectives and delivers on revenue targets
Lead Generation & Demand Generation: Develop and execute inbound lead generation strategies through paid and organic channels, including SEM, SEO, paid media, and email, to attract, engage, and convert high-quality prospects. Ensure these efforts align with outbound sales strategies to drive cohesive growth and maximize conversions.
Product Marketing & New Product Launches: Drive product success by developing go-to-market strategies for current and new products, crafting impactful messaging, and positioning that resonates with target audiences, and collaborate across teams to launch products, support sales, and ensure seamless customer adoption.
Sales Enablement: Create and maintain sales collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and other resources to support the sales team’s efforts.
Marketing Operations: Oversee and optimize marketing operations with a focus on KPIs and metrics to measure performance and drive improvement. Manage budgets, marketing technology, and analytics, while tracking and reporting on campaign effectiveness, including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, and CLV. Align systems and processes to support lead generation, campaign success, and sales enablement
Content & Creative Oversight: Oversee the ideation and execution of exceptional campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, to drive engagement and loyalty with a focus on overseeing the creation of engaging content, including blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and case studies.
Strategic Planning: Work closely with the leadership team to plan and execute key marketing programs, brand strategy and, staying informed on market trends and competitors. Strengthen the company’s global presence through localized marketing efforts and tailored regional campaigns.
What we are looking for
- 8+ years of proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally targeting SME audiences
- Private Equity Expertise: Demonstrated experience working with or within Private Equity-owned businesses, with a clear understanding of the unique dynamics, objectives, and pace of PE-backed organizations
- Experience coaching and leading marketing teams within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and a data-driven approach to marketing strategy
- Performance Marketing Expertise and having hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and performance optimization
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and track multi-channel marketing campaigns and Account Based Marketing with measurable success
- Exceptional project management skills with a history of meeting deadlines and managing complexity
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with clear communication of insights
- Analytical Mindset with a strong ability to use data to inform decision-making and drive measurable results.

- Expertise in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics)
