We’re seeking an experienced GoHighLevel CRM Expert to lead and manage our CRM systems, championing automation and optimizing sales funnels within our organization. In this role, you’ll take the reins of a new department, guiding our team to improve customer journeys and boost operational efficiency using the GoHighLevel platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic CRM Management: Collaborate with leadership to fully leverage the GoHighLevel agency account, optimizing platform features for maximum impact across departments.
  • Client Sales Funnel Optimization: Partner with the Customer Success team to streamline and enhance client sales funnels, improving conversion and engagement.
  • Systems Transition: Lead the transition of clients from legacy systems like Google Sheets and basic SMS platforms to an integrated GoHighLevel solution.
  • Financial Accountability: Oversee the department’s Profit & Loss (P&L), meeting financial objectives and driving profitability.
  • Automation and Compliance: Implement compliant processes for SMS (TCPA) and email (CAN-SPAM) marketing, monitor campaign success, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Regularly analyze CRM data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Team Training: Equip internal teams with best practices for consistent and effective CRM use.

Key Qualifications:

  • GoHighLevel Expertise: Strong background with GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM, with a proven track record of implementing successful automation and optimizations.
  • Sales Funnel and Client Experience: Experience in sales funnel management, customer journey mapping, and working directly with client success teams.
  • Technical and Financial Acumen: Knowledge of CRM integrations, automation tools like Zapier, and a solid understanding of P&L management.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with SMS (TCPA) and email (CAN-SPAM) compliance standards.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret CRM data and make data-driven recommendations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Agency Experience: Previous experience in a digital marketing or CRM-focused agency is a plus
  • Familiarity with other CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Basic copywriting for email and SMS campaigns
  • Project management experience, especially with system transitions
  • Experience in marketing strategy and lead generation
