Seeking a results-driven Google Ads Manager to manage and optimize paid search and Performance Max campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and driving measurable results for clients.

Job Overview:

As an agency, we seek a skilled and results-driven Google Ads Manager to oversee our clients’ paid search and Performance Max campaigns. The ideal candidate will have Google Certifications in Search, Display, and YouTube. This position is responsible for the ROI of all campaigns. Strong analytical skills will be needed to optimize the campaign performance. An understanding of Google's automation and Auto Apply recommendations is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

· Campaign Management:

Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across various platforms (Search, Display, Shopping, Video).

Create Asset Groups and Audiences for optimal performance.

Understand the relevance of the Google Recommendations tab on the platform and the verbal recommendations coming from Your dedicated Google ads Expert before applying any changes

· Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate and Cost per/conversion) and provide insights for improvement.

Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.

· Budget Management:

Manage advertising budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Conduct A/B testing for ad variations and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

· Strategy Development:

Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in paid search.

· Optimization:

Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and emerging trends.

Implement Audience strategies to re-engage potential customers.

· Collaboration:

Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality ad assets.

Coordinate with the SEO team to ensure a cohesive approach to driving traffic.

Qualifications:

· Experience:

5+ years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns for a digital agency

Proven track record of driving successful PPC campaigns and achieving measurable results.

Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze user behavior and campaign performance.

· Technical Skills:

Proficiency in understanding how Google Ads and Google Analytics, including GA4 and other PPC tools work together

Familiarity with conversion tracking and website analytics.

· Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

· Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to present findings and strategies to non-technical stakeholders.

· Manadatory Certifications:

Google Ads certification - Search, Display and YouTube

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with other digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, email marketing).

· Knowledge of marketing automation tools.

Knowledge of SEO

· Understanding of e-commerce and online sales strategies.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $54,478.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:
