Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist who can deploy cutting-edge strategies to drive growth and expand our reach. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Google Ads, Performance Max (PMax) campaigns, and prospecting strategies, as well as a strong understanding of digital marketing dynamics. This role demands a data-savvy professional who can analyze and interpret traffic patterns, identify opportunities, and create impactful campaigns to boost performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to grow market reach through effective targeting and audience segmentation.
- Traffic Analysis: Analyze and manage branded vs. non-branded traffic to maximize conversions and ROI.
- PMax Campaign Management: Leverage Performance Max campaigns to deliver full-funnel results, focusing on both prospecting and retargeting.
- Prospecting Expertise: Design and execute advanced prospecting strategies to attract new customers and expand audience reach.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously refine campaigns by testing ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies for peak performance.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align ad copy, visuals, and landing pages with marketing objectives.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver detailed reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and market trends.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including PMax and prospecting strategies, ideally in the e-commerce space.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Traffic Management: Proven ability to optimize branded vs. non-branded traffic to drive targeted results.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and campaign scaling.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
