A top home services provider in Florida, with branches throughout the state, specializing in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and contracting services, is looking for a highly experienced Google Ads & Local Search Ads Specialist. This role is ideal for a candidate with 5+ years of experience managing multimillion-dollar campaigns. While a bachelor’s degree is preferred (and a master’s degree is a plus), equivalent experience and skills in Google Ads and local search marketing are equally valuable. Google Partner certification or advanced Google Ads training is required.

Primary Focus:
This position is focused on Google Search Ads, Google Local Search Ads, and Reputation Management to drive high-quality leads, increase call volume, and enhance our online presence across Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns with an emphasis on search and local search ads tailored for the home services industry to maximize lead generation.
• Oversee and manage multimillion-dollar ad budgets with a focus on delivering high ROI and converting leads to calls.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to capture high-intent traffic in key service areas, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and contracting.
• Analyze data-driven insights to monitor and improve campaign performance, continuously adjusting strategies to meet and exceed key performance indicators.
• Utilize advanced Google Ads features (location targeting, ad extensions, call tracking) to increase local visibility and lead quality.
• Implement reputation management strategies to strengthen the company’s credibility and search visibility.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business and marketing objectives.
• Stay current on Google Ads innovations and industry trends relevant to home services, implementing best practices to drive demand.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; extensive experience and demonstrated skills will be considered in place of formal education.
• Google Partner certification or equivalent advanced Google Ads training is required.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns, ideally in the home services industry or a comparable high-demand field.
• Strong expertise in SEO optimization for ads and landing pages, with a focus on maximizing ad relevance and conversion rates.
• Proven ability to drive conversions and call volume through high-performance search advertising.
• Familiarity with local service ads and demand-generation strategies within Google’s ecosystem.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data, make strategic recommendations, and continuously optimize for the best outcomes.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in marketing for home services, particularly in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or contracting.
• Proficiency with reputation management tools to boost visibility in local markets.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
