General Description
Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, the Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for using their expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, social media management, SEO, and WordPress to create content for BCT’s website, social media pages, and amongst various other marketing materials. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a positive, proactive approach to their work. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, technical expertise in optimizing digital content, and the ability to manage a variety of design and marketing tasks with a go-getter attitude.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Graphic Design: Design visually compelling graphics, layouts, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for web, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- WordPress Management: Maintain and update website content on WordPress, ensuring it is visually appealing, functional, and up to date. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to website design or functionality.
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies, create engaging posts, and monitor performance across all platforms to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
- SEO & Content Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, blog posts, and social media for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase traffic.
- Writing & Content Creation: Create clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for blogs, web pages, social media, and newsletters.
- Presentation Creation: Create clear, concise, and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate ideas and information.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs, content, and communications align with brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to track performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend improvements for ongoing digital marketing efforts.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel)
- Strong WordPress experience, including content management and website updates
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research tools
- Excellent writing and editing skills; technical writing experience is a plus
- Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, self-motivated attitude with a “go-getter” mentality
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
