Job description:

Graphic Design Intern – Looking for a Candidate within the 18 counties that server NEO. Internship: 12-20 hours per week

Are you creative, motivated, and eager to learn and grow within the visual branding, environmental and website design space?

Contempo is looking for a graphic design intern to assist with the creation of content and all visuals across the company’s social media, digital marketing platforms and visual branding. Projects will entail creating graphics for but not limited to social media graphics, HTML 5 banners, print materials, illustrations, logo design and website graphics while adhering to the Contempo brand templates (fonts, colors, etc.) and those of its clients.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of two years of graphic design, website design, communication and/or marketing course work

• Must be comfortable working in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and HTML 5

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while taking direction and feedback to adhere standards and branding for Contempo and its clients

• Creative mind, talent, and willingness to think outside the box and bring new ideas to the table

• Must be currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in an accredited college or university

• Interns need to be comfortable working in a Mac environment.

Salary: $15.00 per hour

Job Type: Internship

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
