Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with After Effects and Figma preferred. Must possess a digital portfolio, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conceptualize and develop visuals according to branding requirements, prepare multiple iterations for leadership, and collaborate with copywriters and project leaders. Ensure consistent branding in documentation, sales materials, and social media content while applying constructive feedback as needed.

DMI is seeking a Graphic Designer to create branded documentation and marketing materials, working within its Managed Services team to deliver high-quality design solutions in a diverse and rewarding work environment.

About the Opportunity:
Our Managed Services business is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our staff. We are looking for a highly organized and efficient person with functional expertise of in-house design and the technology industry. The candidate would be active in supporting both internal and external materials for DMI Managed Services and facilitating the creation of consistently branded documentation, sales and marketing materials, communications, social media content and more.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize visuals based on brand and team requirements
  • Prepare multiple iterations and present ideas to leadership
  • Develop illustrations, branding materials, documentation, and other content using Adobe Creative suite software
  • Use the appropriate colors, style and layouts based on branding requirements
  • Work with copywriters and project leaders to produce final design
  • Receive and apply constructive feedback as necessary
Qualifications:
Education and Years of Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Communication Design, Creative or related field.
  • 2+ year of experience working in a fast-paced in-house environment, preferred.
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
  • Advanced experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Office software including PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience using After Effects, Premiere Pro (Preferred, not required)
  • Experience using Figma for UI development and testing (Preferred, not required)
  • Expert Experience with iOS Mac device (Apple) and proficiency in Windows software/hardware

Hours: 8am-5pm EST
