• First month: Approximately 20 hours per week

Sapience Tutoring is a fast-growing youth education business in Las Vegas, NV, with locations in Henderson and Summerlin. We are expanding rapidly and require a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. This part-time role is ideal for a designer looking for flexible hours while contributing to impactful projects that support education and community growth.

Responsibilities

• Design Creation:
• Develop engaging visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Create branded assets such as posters, flyers, one-pagers, social media posts, App UI screens, and digital ads.
• Content Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align designs with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Provide input on creative strategies and deliver innovative visual solutions.
• Asset Management:
• Maintain a library of design assets for easy access and future use.
• Update existing designs to meet evolving branding needs.
• Ad-Hoc Projects:
• Assist with special design projects, including event materials and web graphics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and typography.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Experience with social media content creation is a plus.
• Familiarity with education-related design is preferred but not required.
