Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and take charge of creating visually engaging materials while assisting with clinic operations. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for developing graphics for flyers, website design, and marketing materials, as well as managing day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure a smooth, professional, and welcoming environment. While healthcare experience is not required, a passion for design and organization is essential. The ideal candidate will be creative, adaptable, and eager to contribute to both the aesthetic and operational success of our clinic.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Marketing:

• Create eye-catching graphics for print and digital marketing materials, including flyers, social media posts, and website content.
• Design and maintain the clinic’s website to ensure it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and reflective of our brand.
• Develop and manage email campaigns and marketing materials to promote clinic services and patient engagement.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure all marketing materials align with our messaging and goals.

Quality Assurance & Communication:

• Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of patient care and service.
• Address patient concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support the clinic’s marketing initiatives and patient engagement through content creation and communication.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Manage the clinic's Textedly marketing system to connect with patients and keep them informed of promotions or updates.
• Provide backup support at the front desk, including scheduling, patient check-in/out, and cash register duties.
• Assist in maintaining clinic compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
