Become an integral part of Create & Cultivate and contribute to building the world’s largest festival for women in business. As a Graphic Designer, you’ll collaborate with a passionate and tight-knit team of seasoned creators and executives to expand the brand’s physical and digital presence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at balancing multiple projects, and brings both creativity and efficiency to the table. The ability to work QUICKLY and CREATIVELY is essential!
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Creative Execution:
Develop on-brand marketing collateral for a variety of channels and formats, including but not limited to:
Websites, social media assets, newsletters, and digital ads.
Stage and environmental designs for events.
Packaging, product design, and promotional materials.
Design renderings and large-scale files for onsite event production, ensuring concepts align with the creative direction and brand vision.
Create scene designs for event renderings, decals, signage, and environmental branding.
Generate concepts and ideas on the fly for campaigns and events, demonstrating quick thinking and adaptability.
Animation & Illustration:
Incorporate animation and illustration into design projects to bring concepts to life (huge plus).
Develop unique typography-based designs to enhance brand assets.
Digital Content:
Design on-brand digital creative such as emails, Instagram stories, social posts, and other assets tailored to a variety of platforms.
Manage brand content updates on the website, including homepages, landing pages, and campaign pages (proficiency in Squarespace is a plus).
Event Support & Production:
Collaborate on seasonal and campaign-based video and photoshoots, providing creative support and assisting in image selection.
Retouch and color-correct photos to align with the brand’s visual standards.
Assist with the trafficking of images to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
Brand Management:
Maintain an accurate and current library of brand assets, ensuring accessibility for the team.
Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the brand remains innovative and cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably at an agency, events/media company, or consumer-facing brand.
A creative portfolio showcasing exceptional typography work and branding projects, along with a keen eye for layout and composition.
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience creating large-scale designs and working with large-format print files.
Proficiency in Squarespace or similar platforms for website content management is a plus.
Experience with animation and illustration is a huge bonus.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A resourceful, can-do attitude that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
