Charlotte Fabrics is a family-owned upholstery fabric company that specializes in curating high-quality and stylish fabric collections for a diverse range of applications. Our fabrics are widely used in residential and commercial spaces.

We are seeking a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The right candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our design team by creating compelling and visually appealing graphics, packaging & print stationery for our fabric brands. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to gain valuable hands-on experience in the textile and interior design industry.

Responsibilities:
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's visual presence across multiple platforms. Your tasks will include:

Package Design

• Design sample book covers using templates and spec sheets
• Manage proofing processes to stay on-track and ensure high-quality output.

Email Marketing

• Develop bi-monthly email marketing strategies and designs.
• Create and optimize automated email flows to engage our audience effectively.

Print Collateral

• Design flyers and other promotional materials.
• Manage print projects to ensure promotional materials, such as business cards and packaging materials, are always in stock.

Social Media Graphics & Content

• Assist with graphics for social media campaigns and posts.
• Assist with reel ideation and creation (Photography skills is a bonus).

Website Updates

• Upload and tag styled images to maintain an organized and visually appealing online presence.

Photography

• Photography experience not required, but preferred.
• Help develop, edit and shoot flat lay photography for digital and print marketing.

Job Qualifications:

• Portfolio / examples of work required to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with both print and digital media
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Self starter, motivated, and eager to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or interest in textiles or interior design
• Photography experience
• Basic video editing skills
• Experience with website management (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)
• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Branding & package design experience
