QUALIFICATIONS

Rightworks seeks a Graphic Designer to help build and grow the brand through creative projects, reporting to the Senior Manager of Design, focusing on both print and digital marketing assets.

Job Overview
Rightworks has been decades in the making, and now we’re at the start of an exciting new chapter. In 2025, our in-house Creative Team is looking to bring the Rightworks brand to life in new ways and new channels. Critical to our brand’s success—and our team’s success—is our Graphic Designer.
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Design, you will be responsible for projects that help build and grow our brand, and ultimately drive sales leads and conversions. From event collateral and eBooks to social media and digital marketing assets, you’ll do it all.
Note: This is a hybrid position, with the potential for up to 3 days per week in our Nashua, NH headquarters depending on location.
Responsibilities
Craft eye-catching designs for print and digital platforms that meet brand guidelines and elevate our brand style
Bring the Rightworks brand to life by creating high-quality marketing materials that are deigned on brand and delivered on time
Version creative designs into multiple sizes and channel variations
Partner with creatives and stakeholders to manage and implement design and copy changes quickly and accurately
Develop designs for social media, sales collateral, guides & eBooks, infographics, internal-facing assets and more
Prepare final design files for digital and print assets
Design booth materials for events, including backdrops, swag, banners and more
Requirements
3-5 years of design experience at an ad agency and/or in-house creative team
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts or related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (bonus points for basic animation skills)
Experience designing marketing assets, with a focus on digital

This role is open to US Citizens or permanent residents authorized to work in the United States. Rightworks LLC is unable to offer visa sponsorship.

Relocation will not be offered for this position.
