Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a strong understanding of branding, and experience creating compelling designs for digital and print platforms. As our Graphic Designer, you’ll work on projects ranging from social media content to promotional materials, ensuring all visuals align with our clients’ brand identities and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and on-brand graphics for social media, email campaigns, websites, in-store displays, and other marketing materials.
• Create promotional materials such as flyers, banners, and posters for events and campaigns.
• Develop website graphics to maintain a visually appealing and cohesive online presence.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with each client’s brand identity, tone, and guidelines.
• Edit and finalize design assets for print and digital distribution.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver fresh and innovative work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including digital and print work.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
• Ability to take creative direction and translate marketing goals into visually compelling designs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry and its unique marketing requirements is a plus.
