Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Real Estate Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of marketing materials, with a focus on the real estate industry. You will work closely with our marketing and real estate teams to develop and execute design strategies that align with our brand and marketing goals, and create designs that will help us stand out in the competitive real estate market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design visual concepts for a variety of real estate marketing materials, including property flyers, brochures, social media graphics, website design, and more.
• Collaborate with our real estate team to understand property specifications and develop design strategies that work for them
• Create mockups and prototypes to present design ideas to agents and clients.
• Use Canva to create visually appealing designs and templates that can be used by our agents and staff.
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and software tools to continuously improve our design capabilities.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize deadlines to ensure timely delivery of designs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients to ensure project goals and objectives are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field OR Equivilant experience
• At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role in the real estate industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and capabilities, specifically in the real estate industry.
• Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
