SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Graphic Designer I will create engaging visuals for digital platforms while enhancing the Logix brand through collaboration, content creation, and innovative design techniques.
- Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer and social media/content team to create visually compelling and engaging graphics for the Logix website, social media channels, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Conceptualize and design graphics that embody the personality and story of “Robix,” our fun and intelligent robot mascot, creating content that enhances his character and connects with our members and community.
- Participate actively in brainstorming and content planning sessions, contributing creative ideas that align with the Logix brand and resonate with diverse online audiences.
- Design and produce a variety of visual content formats, including static images, animated GIFs, infographics, and short-form videos, tailored to platform-specific requirements and audience preferences.
- Develop creative and lively graphics that support social media campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling, ensuring that all content is cohesive, engaging, and drives audience interaction.
- Collaborate closely with the social media team to ideate and create posts that reflect current trends and conversations, helping to keep the Logix social media presence fresh and relevant.
- Support the development of email marketing visuals and templates that engage members and communicate key messages effectively, enhancing the overall member experience.
- Assist in maintaining and evolving the visual identity of the Logix brand across digital channels, ensuring consistency and quality in all creative outputs.
- Monitor social media and digital trends, leveraging new tools and techniques to create innovative content that captivates audiences and encourages sharing and engagement.
- Utilize graphic design skills to support various marketing initiatives, including digital advertisements, promotional materials, and event graphics, contributing to the overall success of marketing campaigns.
- Create visual assets that support content marketing efforts, including blog graphics, thumbnails for videos, and visuals for website articles, enhancing the visual appeal and readability of content.
- Provide feedback and recommendations during design reviews, offering a fresh perspective to refine and improve creative concepts and executions.
- Support the development of visual content for internal communications, helping to communicate important information and updates to Logix employees in an engaging and visually appealing manner.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining a digital asset library, ensuring that all design files and resources are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Respond to comments and messages when appropriate on social media to engage with followers and members and contribute.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all visual content complies with industry regulations and internal brand guidelines, maintaining the integrity and reputation of the Logix brand.
- Stay current with the latest design software, tools, and best practices, continuously improving skills and exploring new ways to elevate the quality of visual content.
- Support team members with “other duties as assigned,” enabling them to focus on their core responsibilities and areas of expertise, contributing to the overall efficiency of the marketing team.

- 3D animation ability, such as manipulating 3D files using Blender or other software, is preferred.
- Aptitude for retail brand design is required.
- Must be able to work in Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
- The ability to quickly turnaround rush internal projects.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task accurately and on time in a deadline-driven environment; ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Comfort with making short videos or motion graphics preferred.
- Financial institution design compliance experience preferred.
- Use existing tools/processes to solve tasks/issues assigned to them.
