Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans for venues, aligning strategies with business goals
- Lead venue teams across our portfolio, ensuring each property's unique identity is reflected in its marketing approach
- Oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns, from inception through post-performance evaluation
- Utilize Sprinklr to its full potential, optimizing social media engagement, campaign management, and customer experience
- Analyze campaign metrics and ROI, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with venue stakeholders to ensure brand consistency, strong messaging, and creative execution
- Manage content creation, media strategies, and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring all efforts align with company goals
