Join our team as a Graphic Designer / Print Production Specialist, responsible for managing client communications and overseeing print production at our franchise in Irving, TX.
We are an established full-service print, design, and marketing franchise company. We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer / Print Production Specialist to join our team at our Irving, TX location. Below is a list of the preferred skills applicable to the position as well as a breakdown of day-to-day responsibilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with digital print production equipment (Xerox).Experience with bindery machinery, including guillotine cutter, padder, coil binding, folder, etc.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- Experience with the following Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Proficiency in phone, email, and face to face interaction with clients.
- Knowledge of paper brands and types.
- Knowledge of print related products.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Responsibility and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with clients via email and by phone to facilitate print production and design orders.
- Create Work orders, Quotes and process Invoices for client projects using our proprietary software, which you will be trained on.
- Communicate directly with our in-house print production and bindery team.
- Follow up with clients or customers regarding proofs and other project inquiries.
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services.
- Educate clients about additional products, services, and ways we can help them market their business.
- Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s questions.
- Escalate queries and concerns to the business owner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
