160over90 seeks a Group Creative Director to lead a talented creative team in producing innovative marketing solutions that resonate with cultural trends, enhancing brand storytelling across multiple platforms.
160over90 is a cultural marketing agency fueled by a passion to create, connect, and move culture forward. Work Environment
It’s full time. But not all the time. We’re not asking you to save the world. Just work hard. We’re global. The job is local, but with travel to client meetings, pitches, events and offices. We see the office as a resource, as a clubhouse, as a space to collaborate and be heard. And be pushed. We like seeing you, so we work from the office 4 days per week. Marketing is serious business. But it’s not that serious. We live and love creativity but make time to laugh at ourselves. We share in successes, champion design, love art and experience, and want to fuel all of it with the resources and might of our larger Endeavor network (which you have at your disposal).

- Proven inspirational leader with demonstrated experience to nurture and motivate a large creative team to deliver both quantity and quality of output while maintaining strong morale

- Confident and effective communicator, able to articulate clear goals, plans, and achievements to creative teams and senior leadership

- Dynamic and engaging presenter of creative ideas and concepts
- Detail and deadline-oriented to ensure projects are on time and budget
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional team leaders and colleagues across the agency and with clients
- Anticipates staffing needs and works collaboratively with Creative Operations and Head of Creative to manage and allocate resources efficiently

You Have These
- 15+ years of experience within an ad agency or similar setting
- Be fearless and not afraid to fail
- A natural curiosity for the unique, the buzz-worthy and the culturally relevant with a willingness to push forward brave new ideas
- A professional attitude and an openness to receiving and giving feedback that commands the respect of colleagues and clients
- Exceptional visual and written storyteller
- Proven success leading large, multidisciplinary creative teams to success
- The optimism to think bigger, the curiosity to dig deeper, and the passion to do better
- The ability to lead and adapt to new ideas, processes, and business problems with ease and enthusiasm
