What will the Growth Manager - Sales Enablement do?

The Growth Manager – Sales Enablement is responsible for optimizing the productivity, effectiveness, and reach of the Growth team through CRM technology & tools management, lead generation and management initiatives, and dynamic account-based marketing and automation strategies. Reporting to the Director, Growth and Enablement, this role will work closely with cross-functional teams to customize Salesforce solutions, improve data workflows, and ensure the platform aligns with organizational needs


This position is a critical link between the development and execution of Coterie’s growth strategy to ensure performance optimization and scalability. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and be able to troubleshoot, optimize, and support the system to maximize its use.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and optimize the CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and other tools for the growth team to ensure seamless lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of sales enablement tools, platforms, and reports from the business perspective that drives lead conversion and overall pipeline health (e.g., sales and marketing automation tools, content management systems).
  • Support creation of Salesforce development roadmap and partner with development team on processes, prioritization, and business capability needs and supporting business requirements
  • Determine and execute on sales enablement and operational priorities with key stakeholders. Initiatives to support include, but are not limited to email marketing, content marketing, trainings and webinars, tradeshow and event marketing and lead generation, in collaboration with Growth team.
  • Continuously optimize the sales playbook for the business to follow throughout top of funnel prospecting, negotiation and onboarding phases with supporting procedural and educational content
  • Ensures alignment and delivery value messages across all Growth teams throughout sales and product development lifecycles that support go-to-market strategies and existing policy lifecycles
What we are looking for
  • 3+ years of insurance industry experience with B2B or Technology/SaaS companies in high-performance sales organization with significant exposure to diverse sales teams.
  • Understanding of the sales and marketing environments, including content, tools and training.
  • Strong communication, project management and planning skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Comfort with financial modeling and analytical tools with superior problem-solving skills and business requirement gathering
  • Broad experience across sales, martech, and analytics tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and PowerBI
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
Our interview process:
Our hiring process generally consists of 3 phases.
  • Phase 1: Qualified candidates will first meet with HR for a phone interview. This discussion is a high-level conversation to understand more about your background and interests and for us to share more about Coterie and the position.
  • Phase 2: Selected candidates will be invited to participate in our PDP survey and meet with our Hiring Manager for a 2nd interview via Teams video. This interview is designed to be more detail oriented and allows you to learn more about the role
  • Phase 3: Top candidates will receive an invite for our final interview series via Teams video. This series will include an experiential exercise project (provided in advance), 1:1 interviews with selected team members and a culture focused interview. The final series is roughly 1.5-3 hours in total but can be scheduled over a few days for flexibility.
