QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in marketing and media strategy, proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, SQL, Excel), experience with CRM platforms, strong analytical and communication skills.

Poo-sition Overview:
As TUSHY's Growth Marketing Analyst, you'll use data-driven insights to enhance marketing strategies and propel growth initiatives. This role provides a valuable opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify strategic opportunities, implement impactful campaigns and measure their impact on business objectives.
This poo-sition is currently hybrid with expectation to be present at least 3 days a week in our Dumbo, Brooklyn (NY) office to drive collaborative and effective results.
What You'll Doo:
- Performance Marketing Reporting
- Collaborate with the growth marketing team to measure and report on performance marketing KPIs for campaigns and initiatives across paid media channels such as Meta, Google, Tik Tok, etc.

Customer Insights & Segmentation
- Collaborate with retention marketing team to derive actionable, data-driven customer insights necessary to best-in-class communication, personalization, and customer lifecycle management

Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct customer, competitor, and market research in order to help inform brand strategy and product innovation

Business Data Analysis & Tracking
- Manage, analyze, and report on large omnichannel datasets that contribute to the total business P&L

Data Visualization
- Develop clear and actionable dashboards, reports, and charts to communicate key insights and findings to cross-functional teams and relevant stakeholders

Data Integrity & Accuracy
- Ensure data accuracy across the business and address any quality or technical issues with relevant team processes and/or dashboards

Cross Functional Projects
- Collaborate with marketing, product, web, sales, ops, and CX to align data tracking and insights with broader business strategies
- Lead and execute diverse growth marketing projects, including those driven by emerging or unexpected growth opportunities
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and media strategy at an agency or in-house with a focus on direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands
- Strong analytical ability to analyze campaign data, derive insights, and implement optimization strategies leveraging storytelling to influence decision making
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker Studio
- Experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Advanced skills in Excel or Sheets for analysis, reporting, and modeling
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Triple Whale, Northbeam) and advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads & Facebook Ads) to track and measure campaign performance
- Advanced knowledge of attribution with a deep understanding of multi-touch models, incrementality, and cross-channel overlap
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer databases (e.g. Klaviyo)
- Financial literacy and strong understanding of how unit economics inform growth strategy
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and controlled testing frameworks
- Detail oriented, efficient, organized, self-starter, highly productive and collaborative approach to projects
- Nice to have: Retail ecommerce/media for Amazon and other online marketplaces; Omnichannel experience
- Sense of humor and a strong ability to strategically insert poop puns!

At TUSHY, we believe in leveraging our hiring process as a way to support transparency. The annual base salary for this poo-sition is $70,000-$80,000 USD. We note that salary information as a general guideline only, as actual compensation may vary based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, key skills, education, training and business considerations.
This annual base salary is one component of TUSHY's total compensation package. The role is eligible to participate in TUSHY's performance bonus initiatives and may be offered other incentives.
