QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS degree, 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or public relations, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and strong writing skills.

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, create multi-channel digital marketing content, assist with reporting and analysis, maintain marketing calendars, and ensure consistent messaging across communications.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Join Cartera Commerce as a Marketing Coordinator to enhance member loyalty for major brands through innovative marketing campaigns within a dynamic team environment.
- Along with the brand and loyalty marketing team, responsible for the development of digital marketing strategies to support a variety of client loyalty programs.
- Drive ongoing development and execution of client-branded multi-channel digital marketing content.
- Assist with reporting and analysis of various marketing initiatives.
- Inform and maintain marketing calendars and timelines to ensure seamless integration between client growth efforts and “retail and services” spikes.
- Serve as a QA lead for marketing collateral across various digital channels in order to maintain consistent messaging across multi-channel communications.
- Support other initiatives as identified and directed.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to meet and exceed deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Creative thinker able to be flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong writing skills including experience with digital marketing copy and presentation development.
- Team player, able to work simultaneously and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong ability to clearly communicate through written communications and verbally.
- BA/BS degree
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or public relations environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Sense of humor and positive attitude preferred
- English (Overall - 3 - Advanced)
