What you will do:

We are looking to welcome a Growth Marketing Manager to help develop and implement a robust Growth Marketing strategy. This role is critical in building and maintaining a strong social media presence that resonates with diverse audiences across various regions in the US market.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing social media campaigns on a national scale, with a deep understanding of regional nuances, platform preferences, and trends in different regional markets across the United States.

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with US marketing objectives while tailoring content and campaigns to resonate with local audiences.

  • Content Creation and Localization: Oversee the creation and editing of engaging, regionally relevant content for various social media platforms, ensuring that messaging is consistent with the brand while localized for different regions.
  • Platform Management: Oversee the management of region-specific platforms, ensuring regular posting and community engagement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and cultural shifts in international markets, adapting strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize national social media campaigns, including organic and paid strategies, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Community Engagement: Foster and manage online communities across different regions, ensuring timely responses and meaningful interactions with followers.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance across regions, using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement and reach.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with US marketing, content, and design teams to ensure that social media efforts are aligned with broader marketing initiatives and brand messaging.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all social media activities comply with local regulations, and platform-specific guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned

How you will grab our attention:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, including social media management, with a focus on national and regional campaigns.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media trends, platform preferences, and cultural nuances across different regions.
  • Content Creation: Proven ability to create engaging, visually appealing content that resonates with diverse audiences, with light experience in video editing and familiarity with popular editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Canva.
  • Social Media Tools: Proficient in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and use data to drive decision-making and optimize campaigns.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and quickly adapt to changing social media landscapes and business needs.
  • Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, with an understanding of localization best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work effectively across different teams and time zones in a remote environment.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
