SHORT DESCRIPTION

Seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative growth marketing strategies to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, and customer success) to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to:

Paid Social Media Marketing: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to drive targeted traffic to the website.

Content Marketing: Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, white papers, and social media content, to attract and engage target audiences.

Email Marketing: Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including welcome emails, promotional offers, and newsletters, to nurture leads and drive conversions.

Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to promote the brand and reach new audiences.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost) to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on website pages, landing pages, and marketing campaigns to optimize performance and maximize ROI.

Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.

Qualifications

US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in a Growth Marketing or a similar marketing role.

Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns.

Experience with SEO/SEM best practices and tools.

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

A passion for data and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
