Position Overview: The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention through data-driven marketing strategies. This role is ideal for a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and email.
Monitor and optimize key metrics, including CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and implement best practices.

Qualifications:
5+ years of performance marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce.
Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Klaviyo.
Strong analytical skills with a track record of driving revenue growth.
Based in Los Angeles or remote with availability for occasional in-person meetings.
