Are you passionate about building meaningful relationships, driving growth, and shaping a thriving referral network? If so, we’re looking for YOU to join us as our Strategic Growth Partner!

At FDG ENDO, we’re a patient-centered, referral-driven practice, and we’re seeking a dynamic, relationship-focused professional to lead initiatives that expand and strengthen our referral community. You’ll have the chance to connect with referring doctors and their staff, host impactful events, and work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional patient care.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and nurture relationships with referring doctors and their teams, focusing on trust and long-term partnerships.
• Drive growth with structured daily, weekly, and quarterly plans that align with practice goals.
• Host educational and appreciation events like workshops, study clubs, and celebrations to enhance collaboration.
• Serve as our ambassador by engaging with healthcare specialists, referring partners, and their teams to ensure mutual success.
• Lead community outreach efforts that position our practice as the premier referral choice.
• Collaborate internally to execute referral engagement strategies seamlessly.

What You Bring:

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build trust.
• Experience in relationship management, marketing, or healthcare coordination (dental/healthcare experience preferred).
• Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities, with adaptability to meet evolving goals.
• A passion for creating meaningful partnerships that drive mutual success.
• Proficiency in using technology and analytics tools to enhance referral strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
