Experity seeks a B2B marketing professional to strategize, execute, and analyze upsell initiatives to enhance the on-demand healthcare experience for urgent care clinics.

Hybrid:Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office. While this position allows remote work, we require Team Members to live within a commutable distance from one of our locations to ensure you are available to come into the office as needed.

Compensation: Budgeted between $84,750 and $110,800 dependent upon applicable experience.

Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, plan, execute, and measure multi-channel upsell campaigns and initiatives aligned with business goals to drive expansion and upsell opportunities using a combination of digital advertising, direct marketing, account-based marketing, social, email, and webinar tactics.

  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to align efforts and ensure programs are integrated, operationally feasible, timely, and accurate , preventing disjointed, overlapping, and/or conflicting communications to the customer base.

  • Track and analyze metrics/customer insights (responses, retention rate, referrals, references, engagement, upsell opportunities, ROI, etc.) to monitor the effectiveness of initiatives, report on KPIs, and provide recommendations for optimizations.

  • Work cross-functionally to develop effective feedback loops to ensure key insights and learnings from the clients are being captured and delivered to the appropriate teams internally.

  • Develop and monitor budgets to keep expenses within established boundaries.

  • Maintain a detailed campaign plan on a quarterly basis, incorporating clear actions/timelines/goals.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated understanding of buyer personas, account segmentation, and crafting messages to appeal to buyers at each stage of the buyer’s journey.
  • Experience working cross functionally to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Preferred :
    • Previous experience in healthcare.
    • Previous experience with as many relevant tools/platforms as possible, including Pardot, revenue.io, Wrike, Salesforce, GoToWebinar, and/or Sendoso.
