We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager -Paid Search to play a pivotal role in driving our e-commerce growth strategy. This position is perfect for a data-driven marketer with expertise in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across channels such as Google, Bing, and YouTube. The ideal candidate combines analytical acumen with creativity, leveraging insights to fine-tune campaigns, expand reach, and achieve measurable business growth. This role will also contribute to SEO strategy, ensuring synergy between organic and paid search efforts to maximize visibility and performance.

POSITION DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Paid Search Campaign Management & Optimization
- Develop and execute the strategy for all paid search and shopping campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms. This includes ensuring campaigns are built using industry best practices and continuously optimized for peak performance and efficiency.
- Strategically manage large-scale paid search budgets across campaigns, ensuring they meet or exceed business goals.
- Continuously test ad copy, landing pages, creative formats, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance.

Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and KPIs such as CTR, CPC, quality scores, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Conduct systematic analyses of campaign performance and landing pages to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization. Report insights to relevant cross-functional teams such as the wider Marketing department and Product/Merchandising.

Search Engine Marketing
- Develop and execute keyword strategies to enhance visibility and performance across paid and organic search.
- Contribute to on-page and technical SEO initiatives, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and content recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for cross-channel synergies to enhance user experience and drive incremental growth.

Strategic Development & Collaboration
- Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to produce content that resonates with target audiences and elevates brand storytelling.
- Maintain strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment across marketing channels and maximize overall performance.

Innovation & Market Awareness
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are innovative and competitive. Provide actionable insights to the Management Team.

Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain product feeds to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Oversee the accuracy of search platform tags.
- Work with external partners and vendors as needed.
- Support ad hoc projects to address evolving business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / REQUIRED SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

Experience & Expertise:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid search.
- Direct, hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and YouTube.
- Proven ability to develop, optimize, and scale paid campaigns to achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Experience in conversion rate and landing page optimization

Analytical & Technical Skills:
- Advanced understanding of media measurement methodologies, incrementality, and attribution models.
- Proficiency in using SEM tools such as Google Merchant Center, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other SEM platforms.
- Understanding of SEO best practices, including technical, on-page, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, experimental design, and iterative testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with programmatic strategies and display campaigns is a plus.

Position Salary Range $90,000-$100,000
As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, Z SUPPLY provides a range of compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, internal parity and other relevant factors. Flexibility outside of the salary range listed may be considered based on additional skills or qualifications a candidate may possess that may justify additional compensation. Company paid health benefits, PTO, bonus and other various company perks are not included in the salary range listed above and are considered additional compensation.
