Seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness and growth for Smile Systems' innovative 3 on 6 dental procedure through strategic marketing initiatives and campaign management.

Smile Systems is on a mission to revolutionize dental care in the United States by making the innovative 3 on 6 dental procedure accessible to everyone. Our objective is to grow the number of dentists offering this groundbreaking solution, giving patients a transformative option for smile restoration.


We’re seeking a visionary Growth Marketing Specialist who will lead our charge, develop and execute powerful strategies, and play a hands-on role in building and managing impactful marketing campaigns. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of dental care and take on the challenge of elevating the 3 on 6 procedure to household name status.

You will drive brand growth, awareness, and consumer engagement across multiple channels. This role is perfect for someone equally skilled in high-level strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute campaigns. You’ll lead the development of data-driven marketing initiatives while working to disrupt the traditional dental industry by positioning Smile Systems’ 3 on 6 procedure as the market leader in smile restoration.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Lead Marketing Strategy: Work with the CMO in creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan that drives brand awareness and growth for Smile Systems and the 3 on 6 procedure.
Campaign Management: Design, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including direct-to-consumer marketing, PPC, and social media advertising.
Content and Messaging: Oversee the creation of engaging content that educates and converts target audiences.
Performance Analytics: Use analytics to track, measure, and optimize campaign effectiveness, ensuring maximum ROI.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and executive leadership to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Hands-On Execution: Be ready to dive into the trenches to create and refine campaigns when necessary.

Requirements

Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in healthcare, dental, or a related field.

Demonstrated success in building brands and driving growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Expertise in PPC, direct-to-consumer marketing, and social media campaigns.

Ability to develop high-level strategies and execute on a granular level.

Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on ROI and campaign performance metrics.

Passion for taking on a “David vs. Goliath” challenge and disrupting the status quo.
