Growth Marketing Specialist
LOCATION
L2L is located in Boston, Massachusetts, with a hybrid work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, 2+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment; manufacturing experience is a plus. Strong experience with HubSpot, ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads), and analytic tools (Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.) is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in executing ABM and performance marketing campaigns, coordinate event logistics, manage marketing automation workflows, and collaborate across teams to align strategies for pipeline and revenue growth.

The Role:
Key Outcomes:
- ABM Campaigns: Increased account engagement, boosted pipeline contribution from targeted accounts and generated new business opportunities.
- Event Marketing: Enhanced tradeshow attendance, higher lead generation from events, and significant pipeline growth driven by event marketing activities.
- Campaign Performance: Improved key engagement metrics (CTR, email open rates, digital ad performance), increased pipeline influence, and higher ROI from ABM and event campaigns.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in the execution of ABM and performance marketing campaigns, including account research, audience segmentation, and campaign setup.
- ABM Program Support: Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager on account-based strategies, including personalized account outreach and targeted engagement tactics.
- Performance Marketing Support: Help optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., paid search, display, and social media) to ensure maximum ROI and lead quality.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and manage logistics for tradeshows, including vendor communication, booth setup, materials preparation, and onsite execution. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
- Marketing Automation: Help to manage marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing processes, ensuring accurate segmentation and timely execution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager and Revenue Operations to ensure campaign alignment and support key initiatives.
General Experience
- 2+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing or customer engagement marketing
- SaaS or technology environment preferred; manufacturing industry experience a huge plus
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or related field
- Technical Experience
- Strong experience with HubSpot for CRM and marketing automation
- Experience with ad platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads
- Experience with webinar software like Zoom
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMRush or Moz Pro)
- Experience with Google Suite
