Seeking a motivated GTM Specialist to develop marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and community engagement through outreach initiatives and collaborative partnerships.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated GTM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive community engagement, brand awareness, and outreach initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams and community partners to foster positive relationships and enhance our presence within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand, services, and community initiatives.
- Identify target audiences and tailor messaging to effectively reach and engage them.
Community Outreach:
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, stakeholders, and local businesses to promote collaborative partnerships.
- Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and outreach activities to raise awareness of our programs.
Content Creation:
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, social media content, and press releases to communicate our mission and activities.
- Manage and update the organization's website and social media channels to reflect current initiatives and engagements.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and outreach campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on outreach activities and community engagement metrics.
Event Planning:
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and community initiatives to drive engagement and participation.
- Ensure effective follow-up and evaluation of events to measure impact and gather feedback.
Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including program managers and communications staff, to align outreach efforts with organizational goals.
- Represent the organization at community meetings, networking events, and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, community outreach, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Proficient in social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for community engagement and proven ability to build relationships with community stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in nonprofit organizations or community-focused initiatives.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and metrics tracking.
- Familiarity with CRM software and email marketing platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
