Job Title: Guest Experience and Entertainment Specialist

Job Summary:
The Guest Experience and Entertainment Specialist is responsible for enhancing the overall guest experience at our hotel and restaurants. This dynamic role involves curating engaging activities, ensuring superior guest satisfaction, and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote the hotel and restaurants services, amenities, activities and events. The ideal candidate is creative, curated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.


Key Responsibilities


Guest Experience:

  • Develop and manage a hotel and restaurants schedule of on-site entertainment, including floor, rooftop activities, live music, wellness events, guest room experience, common areas experience and seasonal activities.
  • Monitor guest feedback through reviews and surveys, addressing concerns and implementing solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay for all guests.
  • Plan special guest experiences for milestones like anniversaries, birthdays, or VIP stays
  • Plan and coordinate experiences on rooms. Common areas, specials activities on restaurants together with managers

Entertainment Coordination:

  • Design and execute events and experiences to attract both hotel guests and the local community.
  • Work with local vendors, artists, and performers to create unique entertainment offerings.
  • Oversee logistics for activities, events, including setup, collaterals, hotel/restaurant merchandise, guest communications, and staffing.

Marketing:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the hotel’s amenities, such as the rooftop pool, new fitness center, and restaurant.
  • Oversee website hotel and restaurants amenities and keep it current with schedule.
  • Create engaging social media content and interact with followers to enhance brand presence.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to create promotional materials, event calendars, and email campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, graphic designer, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in guest services, event coordination, or marketing, ideally in an upscale hotel setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in social media management and basic design tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
