With our full-service concierge, we will plan and book all the details of a Park City vacation before, during and after guest's stays.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Guest and homeowner interaction; greet clients warmly and professionally whether by phone, email, chat or in person.
  • Assist with general inquiries and reservations.
  • Problem solving; collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to resolve any issues that may arise during a guest or owner's stay.
  • Assist with general concierge duties planning guest's Park City experience (i.e. dining reservations, activity recommendations, transportation bookings, etc.)
  • Opening and/or closing the front desk.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist Marketing Manager with social media posts and interactions throughout the week.


Job Requirements:


  • Knowledge of computer-based software and social media platforms.
  • Be punctual, dependable, organized and communicative.
  • Work a flexible schedule including some weekends.
  • Possess empathy and patience when dealing with client inquiries, complaints and issues.
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Agree to a background check.
