QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years in a Player/Coach or Manager role managing Enterprise solution sellers, at least 5 years selling cybersecurity software solutions (B2B), experienced with key contacts in online retail/e-commerce and financial institutions, tech-savvy, self-driven, and capable of thriving in a disruptive startup environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a team while achieving personal sales targets, generate and manage sales pipeline, oversee the sales process from discovery to closure, gather feedback from stakeholders, represent the company at conferences and collaborate with local channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Player/ Coach - lead a team of 4 Individual Contributors while holding a personal target
- Pipeline generation, qualification, enrichment, and quota execution
- Lead Sales Process (Discovery, Scoping, Meeting with EB, POV, BC and final Proposal, Negotiation and Closure)
- Identifying stakeholders feedback/requirements and reporting back to product/marketing
- Representation at conferences, attend meetups and contribute to overall brand presence and awareness
- Work with local channel partners to facilitate deals
Qualifications
- 3-5 years in a Player/coach or Manager role (Managing Enterprise solution sellers)
- A Player – able to successfully carry out their quota within a given territory from top to bottom
- At least 5 years of track record of selling cybersecurity software solutions to companies (B2B)
- Evidence to key contacts/decision makers in our target clientele (main verticals – online retail/ecommerce, financial institutions)
- Evidence to key contacts with relevant channel partners
- Tech-savvy, Self-driven, Curious, Diligent, Proactive
- Go-getter and doer – Eager to smash their number
- Capable of performing in an agile and flexible startup environment - disruptive, self-sufficient, trail blazer
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
