The Opportunity
Adobe’s Firefly is at the forefront of generative AI, offering APIs and experiences for crafting images, videos, audio, vector graphics, 3D and more. With Adobe Custom Models, enterprises can elevate this innovation by training Firefly’s generative AI models with their own brand assets, enabling the seamless creation of consistent, on-brand content at scale. We are seeking a strategic and transformational Head of Product Marketing to lead a small and dedicated team, driving the success of Firefly for large enterprises in empowering creative professionals across agencies and in-house studio teams.
This role offers an outstanding opportunity to craft the narrative of an innovative product that redefines how businesses and creatives leverage AI.
What you will do:
Define and nurture the product marketing strategy for Firefly Enterprise, ensuring alignment with Adobe's vision to lead in generative AI innovation.
Establish Firefly as the go-to generative AI solution for C-level executives, industry analysts, and market leaders by crafting visionary narratives that highlight its ground-breaking potential.
Collaborate closely with product management to shape roadmap priorities, using deep insights into market trends, customer struggles, and competitive landscapes.
Drive Firefly's position as a thought leader in generative AI for creative and enterprise applications by leading key initiatives, including whitepapers and industry webinars.
Build strong relationships with industry analysts, business leaders, and influencers to reinforce Firefly's reputation as the most promising and innovative solution in generative AI.
Partner with Adobe’s PR and communications teams to amplify Firefly's presence in the media, ensuring consistent thought leadership and visibility.
Design and execute integrated GTM strategies that align product, sales, and marketing efforts for maximum impact.
Develop and articulate compelling narratives, value propositions, and product stories tailored for creative professionals, enterprises, and decision-makers.
Lead sales enablement by delivering world-class collateral, demos, and training resources to empower sales teams.
Collaborate with demand generation and field marketing teams to drive widespread adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of product marketers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and strategic excellence.
Mentor team members, cultivating their skills to drive scalable, impactful initiatives.
Build and refine team processes to ensure flawless execution and measurable outcomes.
What you need to succeed:
10+ years in product marketing, preferably in AI or Enterprise SaaS.
Strong track record in GTM strategy, positioning, and launching enterprise-grade solutions.
Understanding of and passion for generative AI technologies and creative applications.
Ability to distill complex technologies into compelling, audience-specific messaging.
Thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, capable of navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $175,000 -- $365,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
