An established and expanding specialty practice is actively seeking a Healthcare Marketing Specialist to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and conduct face-to-face marketing to build relationships with established and prospective referring provider practices .

Responsibilities
Collaborate with and established team of marketing professionals
Establish relationships with referring providers
Understand incoming referring provider trends and identify opportunities for growth
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Execute tasks within established marketing budgets.
May participate in digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Coordinate and participate in industry events and conferences.
Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory standards.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
May create and manage content for various marketing channels.
Maintain and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
Develop and implement customer retention strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
