The Healthcare Marketing/Admissions Coordinator will focus on developing community relations and marketing strategies to enhance facility admissions while working collaboratively with various stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
We’re seeking a Healthcare Marketing/Admissions Coordinator to join our growing team! Reliability, trustworthiness, and consistency with regard to attendance are extremely important to this job. The ability to regularly and timely attend work, cooperate and politely work and deal with others, and to effectively multi-task and work in a stressful environment are also essential functions to this job.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement facility marketing plans, including a minimum of 24 hours per week of calling or meeting with hospital discharge planners, physicians, senior citizen organizations, and/or social service organizations.
- Make speaking presentations on long-term care, aging or other appropriate topics to local community groups.
- Conduct facility tours and complete daily admissions process for prospective residents.
- Prepare weekly reports as required.
- Promote internal efforts for community relations programs.
Requirements:
- Marketing or community relations experience, including knowledge of the healthcare industry.
- Excellent people skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in public speaking situations.
- Requires the ability to work independently.
- Extensive local travel.
