Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our hospice and home health agencies as a Healthcare Partnership Development Manager. This role is essential for expanding our presence within the region by establishing relationships with healthcare facilities, individual and group medical practices, and community organizations. You will play a pivotal role in generating referral streams by creating awareness about our services and actively engaging with potential referral sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a network of healthcare facilities, physicians, medical practices, and community organizations to promote our home health and hospice services.
  • Conduct cold calls, schedule meetings, and provide presentations to potential referral sources, including physicians, case managers, and healthcare administrators.
  • Build and execute strategies to introduce our services through social media and website content to the general public.
  • Create awareness about hospice and home health services through community involvement, local events, and targeted outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide information about services and offer solutions that meet the needs of prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance goals related to referral generation and community engagement.
  • Track and analyze referral sources, campaign effectiveness, and business development activities.
  • Develop tailored marketing campaigns for specific audiences to drive business growth.
  • Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, regulations, and marketing strategies to ensure effective outreach.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of both hospice and home health services to effectively communicate offerings and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in healthcare marketing, particularly in the hospice and home health industries.
  • Strong community ties and an established network within the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, setting up meetings, and building lasting professional relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence a variety of audiences.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and website content for healthcare services is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve performance targets with minimal supervision.

Hours of Work:

  • Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
  • Flexible schedule depending on the need.
  • A company vehicle will be issued for work-related travel.

Compensation:
