Seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive marketing initiatives for Sorridi Therapeutics, focusing on gut-brain axis solutions, while building brand awareness and engagement with clinical and patient audiences.

Position Overview:

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns for Sorridi Therapeutics, an emerging leader in microbiome modulation & the gut brain axis. This role combines creativity with analytical thinking to drive brand awareness, grow engagement, and build strong, authentic relationships with our clinical and patient audience across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience marketing nutritional food, OTC or pharmaceutical products towards an older population.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Create and execute comprehensive media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions across consumers and physicians.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, drawing insights to adjust strategies and optimize ROI.
  • Initiate and conduct marketing research among various customer groups.

Content Planning & Execution:

  • Oversee the creation of engaging marketing materials for online & print programs.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively while ensuring campaigns meet key performance goals.

Community Engagement:

  • Foster and maintain relationships with patient & medical professional communities through prompt and meaningful interaction, both on and offline.
  • Monitor social channels daily, responding to comments, messages, and user inquiries.
  • Plan and attend medical conferences to advance awareness and engage clinicians.

Reporting & Insights:

  • Analyze campaign performance and audience growth metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership in a clear and actionable way.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Nutrition or Biological Science or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing prescription or OTC products.
  • Proven experience managing paid and organic social media campaigns with measurable success.

Skills & Knowledge:

· Self-starter with ability to independently develop, test and execute cost effective marketing programs.

· Abilities to communicate effectively with patients and physicians.

· Expertise in social media platforms, ideally some experience marketing towards an older consumer base.

  • Strong understanding of content marketing trends, SEO strategies and campaign testing methods.
  • Experience with paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for detail.

· Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in biological sciences, MBA a plus.
  • Experience with social media content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce trends and online brand-building strategies.
  • OTC or prescription product marketing.
