We’re a global staffing and sales company, and our real estate division is scaling fast, serving realtors, investors, and wholesalers with powerful lead generation and conversion support.
Role Overview:
As a high-ticket B2B Closer, you’ll handle 10-20 pre-booked appointments weekly, backed by resources for additional inbound leads via email and SMS. This role is fully remote, with uncapped commission potential and flexible base pay based on experience. Our deals range from $5,000 to $15,000, and we expect a minimum 20% close rate by the end of your first month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close high-ticket real estate deals from a steady pipeline of warm leads
- Work closely with our SDR team to manage and convert 10-20 booked appointments weekly
- Utilize company resources for inbound lead generation (cold email, SMS, etc.)
- Conduct thorough follow-ups and provide excellent client onboarding

Compensation:
