Job Description:

Maya Home Care is seeking a motivated, passionate, and energetic Home Care Marketer to help us expand our presence in Bergen County and Northern NJ. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is driven to achieve results. This role involves identifying and cultivating referral sources, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting Maya Home Care’s services to healthcare professionals and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Referral Networks: Develop and maintain relationships with key healthcare facilities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians, and community organizations to generate referrals.
  • Promote Services: Present and promote Maya Home Care’s offerings to potential referral sources and clients in an engaging and professional manner.
  • Strategic Planning: Identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and create strategies to expand the agency’s presence in Bergen County.
  • Client Acquisition: Meet and exceed referral and client acquisition goals by leveraging relationships and networking opportunities.
  • Community Engagement: Attend and represent Maya Home Care at networking events, health fairs, and community events.
  • Reporting: Track and report marketing activities, results, and referral trends to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (healthcare or home care experience preferred).
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Bergen County and the Northern NJ healthcare market is a plus.

Compensation:

Job Summary
The Home Care Nurse plays a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to patients in their homes. This position requires a compassionate and dedicated professional who can deliver personalized care while collaborating with family members and other healthcare providers. The Home Care Nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and ensure that patients receive the necessary medical attention and support to enhance their quality of life.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.
  • Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall health, documenting any changes or concerns.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management, medication usage, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care activities and progress.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and families during challenging times.
  • Stay informed about best practices in home care nursing and participate in ongoing professional development.

  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices and principles.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools to promote home care services.
  • Familiarity with print advertising strategies to reach potential clients effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data for performance marketing initiatives related to home care services.
  • Sales skills to effectively communicate the value of home care options to prospective clients.
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms for managing service bookings or inquiries online.
  • Research skills to stay updated on industry trends and patient needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
