About the Role:

The Home Health Marketing Liaison will play a pivotal role in expanding Luxe Home Health's presence in the community. This position is designed for an individual who is passionate about driving growth by establishing and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with key referral sources—such as physicians, hospital case managers, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. The liaison will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating new referrals, and supporting the organization's mission to provide high-quality care. This is a field-based role, requiring travel within Cook, McHenry, and Lake counties.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, the Home Health Marketing Liaison will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve revenue and census growth goals for the organization. You will build and nurture relationships with key referral sources, including physicians, case managers, and healthcare facilities, while continuously seeking out new referral opportunities to help grow the business. The position also requires you to represent Luxe Home Health in a professional and knowledgeable manner, ensuring that the company’s services are seen as reliable and high quality. You will track local market trends, analyze the competition, and stay up to date on regulatory changes, adjusting the marketing strategy as needed to capitalize on new opportunities. Additionally, maintaining current knowledge of Home Health Medicare regulations is critical to ensure all marketing efforts are compliant. You will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance the patient experience and contribute to improvements in customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, healthcare, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in home health, hospice, and home care marketing or sales.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and drive results with minimal supervision.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: A background in healthcare is preferred, with a solid understanding of Home Health Medicare regulations.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with referral sources, including physicians, case managers, and healthcare facilities.
  • Transportation: A valid Illinois driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, as you will be traveling throughout Cook, McHenry, and Lake counties to meet with referral sources and clients.
