SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Home Improvement Financing Product Marketing Manager at Regions is responsible for creating and implementing marketing plans to support home improvement financing products and ensure market competitiveness.

Job Description:
At Regions, the Home Improvement Financing Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, initiatives, promotions, and communications related to specific products. This position defines competitive market requirements and opportunities and provides ongoing marketing support that ensures the competitiveness of existing products.
Regions Home Improvement Financing, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and independent contractors to provide Point-of-Sale financing capabilities. This enables these partners to provide homeowners with an additional option to pay for various improvements to their homes, benefitting both the contractor partner and the homeowner.
Primary Responsibilities
Takes responsibility for internal and external integrated marketing strategies and communications development for specific products
Assists with the management of marketing collateral, sales tools, direct marketing, web content, intranet content, and client communications and tools
Ensures compliance and branding efforts are in line with internal RequirementsProvides marketing support during product changes or initiatives
Manages a marketing budget
Ensures the in-house system used to review all marketing materials is maintained and functional
Develops and implements disaster response marketing to support areas when requested
Ensures timely communication of product initiatives and creates collateral to support market strategy, as well as system changes and integration
Works occasionally with agencies for project initiatives
Collaborates with senior management to develop and clearly communicate goals and objectives where appropriate
This job is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and five (5) years of experience in marketing and/or project management
Or Associate's degree in Marketing or related field and seven (7) years of experience in marketing and/or project management
Or High School Diploma or GED and nine (9) years of experience in marketing and/or project management
Skills and Competencies
Ability to work with multiple teams and departments
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong strategic marketing skills

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
Job Range Target:
Minimum: $83,158.90 USD
Median: $110,920.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans: This job is not incentive eligible.
